But composting how?
Sophy Banks will be with us as a guest speaker to share her work with grief and endings. We will engage with all participants in a joint inquiry and invite you to add your stories and experiences into the mix. Co-hosted with GreaterThan’s Alícia Trepat Pont & Lena Bumke.

How participatory decision-making brings innovation to organizations
Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity, and change. - Brene Brown
Without vulnerability there is no innovation, warns Brene Brown, and this workshop shows you why. The practice of participatory decision making puts the right group of individuals together to make a decision, regardless of their titles. This seemingly simple practice builds trust and engagement throughout the company, and unleashes a tremendous potential for innovation usually stymied by organizational hierarchies.
An organization composed of micro-enterprises, which utilize participatory decision making, aligns teams with the customer and company purpose. It is, however, not possible unless vulnerability is embraced and manifested in the organization’s culture.
In this interactive workshop you will learn about this “future of work” approach, look at case studies, and discuss in small and large groups how it can empower you at any level of the organization. You will also learn to use mental fitness tools for unleashing the power of innovation and creativity in individuals and teams.
Presented by Catherine Jaeger and Ella Morgulis at Project Management Institute - Silicon Valley Chapter.
