Dynamic Leadership and Inspired Teams consists of 4 weekly Circles of Exploration, 90 minutes each. Special guests are invited to share their expertise and wisdom. Previous guests were Lead Together authors Susan Basterfield and Travis Marsh, Chris Peake and J.D. Nasaw.. Oh, we're using Lead Together as a reference.
This series that provides a welcome space for you to explore these new ways of working better, together.
Through open dialogue and reflection, you will discover steps that are “safe enough to try.” Together we will reflect on what works for you and what you could try next.
As a community, we will practice generous listening and supportive feedback so that we grow individually and collectively.
