Let’s discuss ‘composting networks’. Endings. Organizational death.
I’m excited to co-host one of GreaterThan’s Annual Solstice Jamboree events inspired by their Thriving Networks course!
Composting networks might not sound like a lighthearted topic; there is grief and we might be left without a community or a professional home or even purpose for a while.
But how heavy is it when we are dragging an initiative that should not be around anymore? When we are not doing what is needed, instead our energy and creativity feel trapped.
Let’s free up space, our minds and hearts, by being brave and composting networks when needed so that something new can be born and has the change to flourish.
But composting how?
The topic emerged from the first Thriving Networks Alumni gathering - which I am a member of - that was hosted a few weeks ago. We know how many of us have gone through this process and we would love to engage in a conversation in which we can learn from each other.
Sophy Banks will be with us as a guest speaker to share her work with grief and endings.
We don’t have answers to all of these questions, in this session we will engage with all participants in a joint inquiry and invite you to add your stories and experiences into the mix.
I’’m thrilled to co-host with Alícia Trepat Pont & Lena Bumke
